Prepare for what you can control

Introduction:

Prepare for Fibro Success. Being prepared helps to feel better with fibromyalgia.

Be Prepared! It helps with fibromyalgia

How prepared are you? Keep reading to find out

Hey Fibro Girl!

You’ve planned your days for success in a way that works for you. And you’ve also put yourself as a top priority. 🎉Way to Go!!🎉

Prepare for what you can control

Now you’re ready to prepare for what you can control. I found that when I think about what I’d need for an outing, event or even just errands I have felt so much better. Here’s a few things I think about as I’m preparing to leave the house. (And to save the stress I often do this the night before)

🦋Clothing - comfortable and appropriate

🦋Food - bring snacks or food, and water bottle every time

🦋Any helpful items - hat, sunglasses, anything else that will help me to have a good time

Keep it simple

Keeping things Simple and Easy is KEY!!! It reduces the stress and stress makes fibromyalgia worse. Some things I’m always prepared for: sunglasses, snacks and earplugs are ALWAYS in my purse and my purse goes everywhere I go.

I also made an Anxiety Kit that’s always in my purse. It has some sensory items, essential oils, and natural elements. And the good news is I rarely ever have to use my anxiety kit much any more

What will you prepare for?

what do you need to prepare to support yourself better?

What do you already have that works for you?

I’d love to know, email and share with me. krista@sunflowersandbutterflies.ca

I cannot tell you how often being prepared has saved me from anxiety attacks to food crashes. From enjoying an event to thwarting a headache. Game Changer!!
