By prioritizing your non-negotiables in your day, starting small, building in rest times and saying no to anything that doesn’t light you up or feel good, you’ll begin to notice what you CAN do.

Setting Priorities

This week consider looking at:

  • When you have the most energy in your day

  • What activities light you up

  • Removing things you may have said yes to but don’t actually want to do

  • When to rest

  • What self-care activities are on your non-negotiable list

With all of this information you can start prioritizing what’s important to you. And then say no to everything else.
