Plan to thrive with fibromyalgia

Feeling better with fibromyalgia starts now...

Hey Fibro Girl!

Can I just say WOW 🤩🥳The year is just about half way through and here’s what you’ve done so far.

✅You removed stress by

Automating

Delegating and

Eliminating

✅You’ve healed the past by grieving your losses, facing some heavy emotions and forgiving yourself and others.

✅ You accepted your limitations, and learned to work WITH your fibromyalgia and practiced more joy!

✅You’ve taken tiny steps, started small, stayed consistent and learned how to plan and pace for your most important things

✅ You’re taking responsibility for your fibromyalgia, setting healthy boundaries, saying NO like a boss and choosing to live better everyday

🤩 AMAZING!!!! 🥳Celebrate all of that INCREDIBLE Success!!!!🥰

It's time to feel better with fibromyalgia

Now it’s time to Feel Better.

Having a plan is a big part of feeling better. Now, I know that life sometimes likes to play with even the best laid plans. And don’t let that stop you.

Plan for this

Here are somethings you may want to consider planning for:

🌻Days - set up your days for success

🌻Outings - rests before or after, go at good times of higher function

🌻Routines - doing the same non-negotiables at the same time every day

🌻Meals - write out your meals for the week (think once and know what to get for groceries too)

🌻Chores & Errands - go at quieter times, schedule chores or hire or ask for help

Planning removes stress, helps to calm your brain and actually provides you with structure and space to begin to feel better so that you can thrive with fibromyalgia.
