Saying NO is Self Love with fibromyalgia

Do you have troubles saying NO? Read more to find out why it's a great word.

Hey Fibro Girl!

I am so grateful that you’re here each week showing up for YOU!

What to say NO to

Taking responsibility  for your own fibromyalgia also means learning to say no to

🌟Things that drain you

🌟People that are negative and don’t feel good to be around

🌟Outings or places that are not enjoyable

🌟Your own bad attitude

You Matter!

You are so worthy as you are today. And by saying no to things that

  • Drain you

  • Don’t light you up

  • Feel heavy,

You are telling yourself that you matter. Because it’s true

YOU MATTER!

Trouble saying NO?

So maybe instead of thinking that your No is disappointing others and making you seem rude, I’d like to invite you to consider that your NO is…

💕Self Love

💕Self Care

💕Honouring

💕The best thing you could ever do for yourself

💕Freeing

Try it and see!

If you’re not used to saying no and taking responsibility for yourself it’ll feel weird at first. I promise that it gets easier with practice. And you’ll eventually feel better because you are finally choosing you. You deserve to thrive with fibromyalgia and live your best life.

Love,
