Routines: A key to thriving with fibromyalgia

Have your routines gone by the wayside with fibromyalgia?

Hey Fibro Girl!

We made it! Another year is almost gone. I’m a bit of a geek at this time of the year. I take the month of December to review last year both in my business and my personal life. What worked well. What didn’t. What were my accomplishments? And then I plan for the next year.

Goals

Things I want to do

My Word of the year and so much more. I love doing it every year!

Benefits of Reviewing

Reviewing is a great way to see the progress you’ve made. Also to see if you’re on track, why or why not. How can next year be better?

So in the spirit of reviewing let’s look at your ROUTINES.

Are you doing things you love to do?

Are your routines set up to work with your energy levels throughout the day?

Can you Eliminate or Delegate stuff?

Move things around in your day?

Do you have a morning routine that sets you up for success today?

A night routine?

Where do you need help in your routine?

Routines create improvements

Maybe fibromyalgia feels so unpredictable right now so the thought of a routine seems absurd. Maybe you’ve been trying to control so much that your routine feels suffocating. Maybe you’re somewhere in between. Either way you need to find something that works for you AND feels good for you. You wanna know something shocking??

Setting up a good daily routine will actually IMPROVE your fibromyalgia!! It’s true.

Time for Calm + Free Gift

That’s when I began to notice improvements in my own fibromyalgia - when I did the same things at the same time every day. My brain and body knew what was coming so that it could start to calm down from all of  the chaos. Thus helping me feel better and do more things I wanted to do.

Perhaps this month is crazy busy for you. That’s OK, you can review and make changes to start the New Year. But in the meantime, download A Fibro Girl’s Guide to Navigating the Holidays Well so that you can feel more calm this holiday season. It’s an early Christmas gift from me to you 🥰
