Forgiveness: The secret key to thriving with fibromyalgia

Forgiveness removes any power that isn't yours.

Hey Fibro Girl!

Wow! You’ve been on quite a journey this month, doing so much hard things.

Can we just pause here for a second…

  • Put your hand on your heart

  • Take a deep breath in

  • Close your eyes and

  • Celebrate your courage!! 💞

You are AMAZING!! You’ve grieved your losses, faced your heavy emotions and now it’s time to FREE yourself! FORGIVENESS

Forgiveness is for you

Many people get stuck on forgiveness thinking that they’re saying “it’s OK that you hurt me”. That is NOT forgiveness At All!

Forgiveness is for you.

You don’t even need to talk to the person.

They don’t even need to be sorry for what they’ve done before you can offer forgiveness.

What to forgive

Fibromyalgia is caused by a traumatic event or events.

Forgiving offers a way past that and into healing.

For you.

Releasing the person, event or the situation so that it no longer has power over you. You will also need to forgive yourself…which can be the hardest person to forgive.

I believe in you!
