Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy. ~Robert Tew

Introduction:

Are your feelings making your fibromyalgia worse?

Honouring your fibro feelings

Do you carry some heavy feelings around your fibromyalgia?

Hey Fibro Girl!

Are you someone who pushes your feelings away by saying “I’m Fine!” or “It’s OK”? Or maybe you’re so used to denying what you’re feeling that you don’t even know how or what to feel.

Your feelings are valid

Perhaps you can relate? You’ve probably done those things in the past.

Today is a NEW day.

You can choose today to honour your feelings.

Give them space

Feel what you’re really feeling.

Having fibromyalgia can lead to having some really heavy or dark feelings. Like Anger. Frustration. Sadness. Depression. Anxiety.

Are your feelings keeping you stuck?

Did you know, that when you keep all those heavy feelings bottled up it’s…

  • Making your fibromyalgia WORSE?

  • Going to come out some way, somehow. And it’ll most likely be quite ugly. AND come at the worst time possible if you don’t start feeling and healing them before that.

I created a guide to help you to start processing some heavier feelings you might have around fibromyalgia. A Fibro Girl’s Guide to Taking Charge of Her Fibromyalgia.

So this is your invitation to start honouring whatever your feelings are. They matter. And YOU Matter! Get your guide.

There's Hope, And Help

Here’s something I do every morning to help me get in touch with my feelings. It really works and it usually takes only 10-15 minutes to journal it out.

  1. What am I feeling right now?

  2. Why am I feeling this?

  3. What would make me feel better right now?

  4. What are three things I’m grateful for at this moment?

  5. How do I want to treat myself today?
