Consistency creates Calmness

Introduction:

Consistent steps to feel better with fibromyalgia.

Consistency is key for fibromyalgia

Consistency + Small Steps = Thriving with Fibromyalgia.

Hey Fibro Girl!

Last week we talked about the power of starting small. The next part of the equation is to be consistent.

Do you struggle with consistency?

Many people do so you’re not alone. Here’s the thing though: You want to thrive with fibromyalgia, so taking tiny steps daily and starting small is essential, and consistency is KEY!🔑

Is this you?

Is this you?

  • Wake up

  • Drag yourself out of bed

  • Took too much energy

  • Crawl back into bed

  • Do nothing all day

  • Feel awful

Or is this you?

  • Wake up

  • Feel ok

  • Do way too much

  • Flare for the rest of the week

  • Feel awful

Consistency is KEY

Both of those situations can be avoided with consistency. Now before you start yelling at me through your screen - Hear me out…

Consistency is Key because it creates rhythm and routine.

When your brain knows what’s next it can actually calm down.

A calm brain will:

💜reduce pain

💜increase focus

💜get more things done in a day

It takes time and you’ve got to take small consistent actions but it does work!

No More Flares?

I found that consistently doing the same tiny things at the same time every day, I eventually ended up with more energy AND could do them with less effort. Now after 5 Years of consistent small steps everyday, I get everything done I need to each day. My pain is less and I’m truly thriving with fibromyalgia.

Flares, doing too much and days of napping are a thing of the past.

What are you going to start being consistent about today? I’d LOVE to cheer you on! Hit reply and let me know. krista@sunflowersandbutterflies.ca
