What does accepting mean to you?

Recognizing that this is what is

No longer carrying an emotional attachment to

Accepting is NOT Resignation

I want you to fully accept your fibromyalgia, to learn to adapt to a new way of living. But, I don’t want you to give your power away in quiet (or loud) resignation. Because that’s NOT acceptance.

Accepting that life is different with fibromyalgia.

Developing new normals and learning to work with them

Mindset is Key

This might feel hard for you but, as always, take one tiny step at a time.

 Fibromyalgia is for life. 

It’s up to you to live your best life DESPITE having fibromyalgia.

Mindset plays a huge role in accepting your limitations, accepting your fibromyalgia and accepting and creating new normals. So what’s yours like?
