Joy is Free! It doesn't cost anything

Introduction:

Joy doesn’t cost anything. Joy is a choice. Joy has great payoffs for fibromyalgia. Joy in the simple things.

Living joyfully with fibromyalgia

Have you let fibromyalgia steal your joy?

Hey Fibro Girl!

Joy doesn’t cost you anything.

Read that again! It’s true. It’s up to you to choose joy. At any time. In any circumstance. On any day.

You Get To Choose Joy

Simple ways to choose joy

How can you live joyfully (even with fibromyalgia)? Well, let’s take it back to simplicity. There’s much joy in the simple things isn’t there?

💜 A hot bath

💜 Cozy blankets

💜 A good cup of tea

💜 Your favourite song

💜 Sunshine on your face

💜 Watching the leaves change colour and fall

💜 A good book

💜 Smell of the crisp fall air

💜  A piece of chocolate

💜 Petting your furry friend

When you take the time to fully and mindfully engage in any of those or anything else, your life will improve. Joy, like gratitude, makes you feel better and in fact, they DO go hand in hand together.

Joy is Free

Joy doesn’t cost anything…

But, it does have great pay offs. So together,  you and I, let’s commit to “stop and smell the roses”, taking time to live joyfully - even in the simplest things.

I bet, once you start looking for joy you’ll feel so good. (And a side benefit of living joyfully and gratefully is that you’ll start to notice your fibromyalgia will feel better too.)

Joy is a Choice

So how are you going to start living joyfully?

Another way to start living joyfully is to put your energy towards the things that bring you joy. Check out A Fibro Girl’s Guide to Protecting Her Energy. It’s FREE and lesson 1 will be in your inbox as soon as you sign up.
