Joy may not come easily or naturally for you. It’s understandable. You’ve been through A LOT!
But it doesn’t mean that it’s impossible. Start by taking tiny steps:
😀Move your body in a way that feels good
😀Listen to your favourite song
😀Smell the fresh spring air
😀Feel the sun on your face
😀Enjoy your favourite hot drink
😀Say thank you to someone
See, it’s easy, just start small. My challenge to you is to start practicing joy.
