Choose to live better with fibromyalgia

Your Fibromyalgia. Your Responsibility. Your Choice

Hey Fibro Girl!

So, how did you do at setting a boundary this week? Keep it up, it’ll get easier with practice.

Taking responsibility for your own fibromyalgia means that you are choosing to live better.

Yup! You read that right… CHOOSING!

You ALWAYS have a choice

It’s your life and you get to choose how you want to live it. Even with fibromyalgia. Especially with fibromyalgia. And you’re probably saying “But Krista, I didn’t CHOOSE fibromyalgia and I definitely don’t get to choose if it’ll be a good day or a bad day.” While yes, I do agree somewhat with that, you still have plenty of room for choice.

Choosing to live better

I was 38 or 39 years old when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was (and still am) a single mom and then my kids were in their early teens. They still needed a lot from me and I was too young to give up my life. So I decided that fibromyalgia would not control my life. I would learn to manage it.

I chose to live better✨

Using the exact same things that I write to you about each week. Now I’m Thriving!

What will you choose?

How will you choose to live better?

💜letting go of victim mentality

💜forgiveness

💜mindset work and shifts

💜positivity

💜focusing on the Can Do-s

💜finding joy everyday

💜eating well

💜moving your body

💜feeling good with who you are

These are all choices you can make to live better with fibromyalgia.
