Let’s remove even more stress and make your life even easier. Overnight Oats are super easy, healthy and you can even make up a bunch so they’re ready when you need them.
Overnight Oats
Serves 1
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
½ apple, grated
1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional: 2 tbsp dried cranberries, apricots or raisins
Mix everything in a glass jar or bowl with a lid
Stir, put in fridge overnight
Keeps up to 5 Days MAX
