Make your mornings even easier! Remove that stress.

Hey Fibro Girl!

Are mornings a crazy time in your household? Maybe you are so exhausted and you just need food STAT!

Let’s remove even more stress and make your life even easier. Overnight Oats are super easy, healthy and you can even make up a bunch so they’re ready when you need them.

Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight Oats

Serves 1

⅓ cup rolled oats

1 cup milk of choice

½ apple, grated

1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds, optional

½ tsp cinnamon

Optional: 2 tbsp dried cranberries, apricots or raisins

  • Mix everything in a glass jar or bowl with a lid

  • Stir, put in fridge overnight

  • Keeps up to 5 Days MAX
