Kiwi salad for fibromyalgia

Check out this incredible and tasty green salad.

Hey Fibro Girl!

Choosing to live better can be as easy as this beautiful tangy green salad. It makes one serving but you can easily make more.

Kiwiping It Green Salad

1 cup spinach

1-2 green onions chopped

1 kiwi, peeled and chopped

1 small avocado, chopped

½ cup cucumber, chopped

¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Dressing:

1 tsp maple syrup

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp lime juice

  • Serves one

  • Add dressing right before serving

Variations:

  • Replace basil with fresh mint

  • Add chopped celery and sugar snap peas


Break out of boring lunch options and try this bright, fresh salad instead. Enjoy!
