Educating and empowering women with Fibromyalgia to live her best life in a healthy and sustainable way.
Your time is NOW! You deserve to live the healthy life you've always wanted.
To change your life, you must change your priorities ~ Mark Twain
Introduction:
Priorities & Fibromyalgia. You deserve to enjoy life with fibromyalgia. How priorities help to thrive with fibromyalgia
Can the right priorities actually help you to thrive with fibromyalgia?
I wanted to ask you...
Do you ever feel like what you want to do gets pushed to the last? Have you ever said “some day…” or “maybe when…”? Are you jealous of your friends planning an awesome trip but you’re not?
I’m talking about Priorities. The things that matter to YOU. What are your non-negotiables? Where do you want your time, energy & resources to go?
With fibromyalgia, it’s even more important to review your priorities. You deserve to do the things you WANT to do - even with fibromyalgia. And when they are priorities in your life, they’ve GOT to be scheduled.
Is it traveling that’s a priority?
Cultivating meaningful relationships that can work with your fibromyalgia?
Volunteering at your local community center?
Getting out in nature?
Whatever your priorities are, you deserve to enjoy them and to do them in a way that feels good for you. When you know what your priorities are, you can take steps to enjoy them as part of your life. So I ask you:
How can I enjoy this now?
What do I need to do, to have or to be able to have a good experience even with fibromyalgia?
When am I able to do this?
What do I need Eliminate or Delegate so that I can do this?
You’re in charge so make it work FOR YOU! You can focus on your priorities in a way that feels good for you.
Even now during this often busy holiday season upon us, you’ve got to choose your priorities so that you don’t do too much.
Imagine enjoying this holiday season with EASE.
I created A Fibro Girl’s Guide to Navigating the Holidays Well just for you so that you can lose the stress and flares that often come at this time of year.
