Already another month gone! How have you been doing on accepting your limitations, working with your new normals and focusing on the positives? Seen any improvements?
Another way to support yourself and your fibromyalgia is by eating well. A delicious vegetable pizza crust just for you. Who doesn’t love pizza - and this one LOVE you back! It’s so easy to make and it’s gluten free too.
4 cups cauliflower, chopped & steamed
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup almond flour
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
2 ½ tbsp ground flax
4 tbsp water
Chop and steam cauliflower til soft
Place in a clean dish towel, squeeze til all water is released
Mix flax and water, set aside
Stir everything together in a bowl or use the food processor
Spread on pizza stone or cookie pan
Bake 425 F 20 minutes
Add desired toppings, bake 10-15 minutes
