What makes you feel better?

What makes you feel good?

Do More Of That!

Joy is good for your health

Practicing joy on a regular basis will rewire your brain from pain to peace. Science has proven this over and over again. 

Joy may not come easily or naturally for you. It’s understandable. You’ve been through A LOT!

Practice Joy

But it doesn’t mean that it’s impossible. Start by taking tiny steps:

😀Move your body in a way that feels good

😀Listen to your favourite song

😀Smell the fresh spring air

😀Feel the sun on your face

😀Enjoy your favourite hot drink

😀Say thank you to someone

See, it’s easy, just start small. My challenge to you is to start practicing joy.
