This salad is fresh, filling and fast to make. It'll leave you feeling good and your tummy happy.

Smoked Salmon Salad for Fibromyalgia

This is my FAVOURITE Salad! I'm sharing it with you.

You’ve done  A LOT of growing this month!!🥳🎉

  1. You took some time to find out who you wanted to BE and how to show up as her

  2. You made some tiny changes to your environment to support the best version of you

  3. You worked on your attitude and thoughts WOW!!!

Now it’s time to feed all of that wonderful new growth with a healthy salad. This is my FAVOURITE salad. 🤩😋

Smoked Salmon Salad

Makes 1 serving

1 pkg 50 g smoked salmon, thawed and chopped

1 large handful spinach (or spring greens), chopped

2 tbsp red onion, chopped

½ carrot, shaved with peeler

1 red grapefruit, peeled and chopped

1 clove garlic minced

½ avocado, chopped

½ tsp dried dill OR 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

½ cup cucumber, chopped

Sea salt to taste


1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Chop everything into a bowl

  • Add dressing at serving
