August 25, 20241 min read

All you need is love...and maybe a little ice cream

Introduction:

Fibromyalgia seems to have taken away everything from you. But here's a fantastic treat to enjoy on a Summer's day... or any time really. It's so easy only 2 ingredients. And your fibro tummy will thank you too.

Dairy Free Ice Cream for Fibromyalgia

Have you had to give up ice cream because the dairy hurts your tummy? Fear not, Fibro Girl, I've got you with this two ingredient ice cream.

Hey Fibro Girl!

Here’s a very simple yet OH SO SATISFYING (and healthy) cool treat for you. The kids will LOVE it too.

Banana Ice Cream (dairy-free)

1-1 ½ frozen bananas per person

2 tbsp - ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

Slice frozen bananas into food processor

  • Add in enough milk to keep the bananas moving (but NOT swimming)

  • Process til smooth

🍌Enjoy it as is… OR…

Add in:

Mini marshmallows

Peanut butter

Strawberries

Chocolate sauce

Brownies

Sea salt

Or whatever else your little heart desires💓🍌

VARIATION:

  • Use half of the banana amount and add frozen mangoes, strawberries or cherries for a different ice cream flavour.

  • Eat immediately, this a soft serve ice cream

So Good !

This is my FAVOURITE 😍ice cream - Easy. Healthy. Fast. And if you’ve been avoiding dairy ice cream then fear not, you won’t feel bad after eating this ice cream.
