Introduction:

This month we’re talking about Removing Stress.

Did you know that the more stress you have in your life, is actually making your fibromyalgia WORSE?!?!

Set up your days for fibro success

Automating ... Check out why THIS matters with fibromyalgia...

Hey Fibro Girl!

After a few weeks break, it’s good to be back in your inbox. How were the holidays for you? I hope that you were able to get some rest while still enjoying the festivities.

Did you know that the more stress you have in your life, is actually making your fibromyalgia WORSE?!?!

I don’t know about you, but I want to feel BETTER not worse! One way to remove extra stress from your life is to automate as much as you can.

Why Automate?

Why Automate?

  • Less things to think about

  • Use your mental bandwidth for joyful things instead

  • Makes life easier

So now that I have your attention, you might be wondering Yes Please!! But How?

What to Automate?

Consider automating some of these things:

  • Bill payments

  • Prescription refills

  • Weekly meal planning -  (that way you only have to think ONCE a week)

  • Decision making - (give yourself time & space before making a decision)

  • Daily routine - (a rough structure of your days and when to do stuff)

Once I established a daily routine structure of my non-negotiables, I was able to make it through the day no matter how hard it was at the start. Now that same structure still serves me and I’m able to do so much more comfortably.

Try Automating

What are you going to automate this week? You deserve to have less stress and to use your energy for things that really matter to you. Check out the free Energy Course delivered to your inbox as soon as you sign up to help you maximize your energy.
