Clutter is not just the stuff on your floor - it's anything that stands between you and the life you want to be living. ~ Peter Walsh
Introduction:
Clutter. It's the stuff you set down. You'll get to it tomorrow you tell yourself. When I feel like. When I have the time. But it seems to only get worse. And makes you feel worse too.
Feel calmer (and better) by renewing your space. How decluttering helps improve your fibromyalgia in just 15 minutes.
Has your space gotten a little cluttered? Is it time to renew one space so that you can feel at peace again?
Don’t worry, I’m not peeking through your windows. I just know that sometimes renewing a space feels good.
🦋clear off the coffee table? OR
🦋refold the towels in the linen closet? OR
🦋tidy up your night stand? OR
🦋wipe the kitchen counter?
It doesn’t matter where you declutter, but start with a space where you often spend your time or that’s making you feel heavy (or guilty, or angry) every time you see it. Here’s some things that might just happen when you do…
🌻Your brain will be able to rest or relax in that space
🌻A resting brain means your fibro symptoms will be a little less (especially if you don’t do too much!!!)
🌻You’ll feel like you’ve accomplished something
🌻You’ll feel so good about yourself (Way to go, Awesome You!!😘🥳)
It’s amazing how renewing even just a small space makes such a difference in how you feel.
Aaanndd….
