Introduction:

Has fibromyalgia stolen your life? Are you living as though fibromyalgia is a death sentence?

Fibromyalgia: The Joy of Living

Let me invite you to a new way. Joyful living.

Hey Fibro Girl!

The theme for this month is all about renewing and renewal. September kinda does that for me. 😉Fibromyalgia isn't a death sentence, but I used to live like it was. And I felt awful.

Fibromyalgia: A Death Sentence?

Life was passing me by and I felt miserable.

I was missing out.

Fun outings with my family

Life

Always needing a nap and…

Worrying that I’d never be able to do fun things again.

Very sad. Angry. Frustrated

That was me in 2017. And in 2018. And in 2019. And in 2020. Until I decided that fibromyalgia was NOT going to take away any more of my life from me!

Land of the Living

I began to take tiny little steps back into the joy of living. It didn't happen overnight. It was S-L-O-W going. Now in 2024… I’m THRIVING🥳

I wonder about you. Have you resigned yourself to living with fibromyalgia as a death sentence? Afraid to live? Fear of doing damage? Making your fibro worse?

If this is you now, it’s OK! I’ve been there too.

My invitation for you is to consider even just a spark of joy today somewhere in your day. Could you consider letting go of the belief that fibromyalgia is a death sentence? What about viewing your fibromyalgia as a new lifestyle that supports you to feel good.

A New Lifestyle

A new lifestyle that is filled with
