Hey there Fibro Girl! Have I got a yummy summer drink for you. 😋 Whether enjoying a sweet moment by yourself in the backyard, or chatting with friends on the patio, you’re going to love this refreshing and healthy drink–without the hangover later.

Strawberry Daiquiri

(Raw & Simple, By Judita Wignall)

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries

1 ½ cups coconut water (from a carton)

3 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp maple syrup

3 cups ice

  • Blend everything

  • Serve immediately

  • VARIATION: use frozen strawberries instead. Omit the ice
