A better burger for fibromyalgia
Here's a quick & easy burger that's sure to keep your tummy happy.
Now that the weather is getting warm again, it’s time to get back to grilling!
Burgers are always a BBQ favourite, but have you tried a portobello mushroom burger yet? Mmmmmmm… sooooo good!
2-4 portobello mushrooms
(twist off the stalk, scrape out black gills with a spoon)
¼ cup soy sauce (gluten free is better for fibro)
¼ cup olive oil
Place everything into a zip lock bag
Marinate 30 minutes - 2 hours
BBQ on hot grill 2-3 mins per side
Put on a bun
Top with favourite burger toppings
