Fresh Air While You Sleep

Fresh Air While You Sleep

Introduction:

June already! The air is warm, the sun is shining and the weather is lovely. Time to get outside!

Fresh Air While You Sleep

Consider sleeping with your windows open. It's good for your health.

Hello Beautiful!

I know it can be hard to make time to get outside sometimes, but why not make it a little easier on yourself? Sleep with your windows open. You can breathe in all that fresh air while you sleep. You will sleep better and that means maybe even wake up feeling better.

Sleeping with Windows Open

You will be getting fresh, cool breezes all night and less rebreathing of old, stale, recycled air. You will feel more relaxed as you drift off to sleep. More relaxed means reduced fibro symptoms too! Sleeping with the windows open can actually help to reset your sleep rhythms and get you back on a better sleep schedule. Sleeping better also plays a significant part in how your fibro shows up for you.

So Many Benefits

You can have all of those delicious benefits without leaving your home and from the comfort of your own bed. Although camping is great too, sleeping with the windows open is the next best thing. (and easier and more convenient too.)

Try it tonight. It may take a few nights to get used to it, but then it’s hard to go back. I’m a bit crazy and have my windows open from about May to the end of October (and sometimes beyond that).

Your Turn:

Do you sleep with the windows open? Have you noticed a difference when you do?
